Who is capable of implementing ISO 21001?

The standard can be used by any organisation that offers a curriculum for the development of information, skills, and attitudes using various lecturing methods. This indicates that The Educational Organizations Management Systems (EOMS) is applicable to any organisation that uses a curriculum to transfer information, not just schools or universities.
